ALWAYS LISTEN TO THE LITTLE REQUESTS
Re-designing the visual identity for Social Work Media was one of the first client jobs l had the pleasure of being involved with. Collaborating with a team of skilled, multidisciplinary designers - Sammie Fownes, Emily Berry, and Noah Murphy - I utilised my expertise in UX/UI design to work closely with the clients to redesign their website strategy. Throughout the process, successful negotiation and communication were crucial in working with clients to identify problems and opportunities we discovered with their previous website solutions. 
As the moment arrived to present our final solutions to the clients, I made sure to include a file map and guide, which was a request they had made during our first meeting. Seeing the client express their delight at feeling listened to regarding this request which for them is usually brushed over or forgotten, was really rewarding. This experience reminded me that sometimes, it's the little things that are overlooked that can make all the difference in creating a successful project.
